Write to the sixth floor
Write the desk
Say the decision, the month it must be taken, and which books you already keep. We read new notes within two working days. If the season is already on the road, put that in the first line.
The rooms are on the sixth floor. Visitors who prefer a voice to a form may telephone. We do not take walk-in readings without a brief; the table has to be cleared of someone else’s occupancy book first.
Bring, if you already have them: last season’s plan, two years of the series, and the name of the person who knows why a number was written down. Do not wait until the spreadsheet is tidy.
