Privacy notice
The desk is the controller of personal data sent through this sheet or brought to Melikishvili Street. This notice says what we keep, why, and for how long.

What we collect
From a brief: name, email, trade or house, the engagement chosen, a preferred month, and the message. From an engagement: the books you supply (which may include staff names on a night audit), correspondence, and billing details for a bank transfer. From the sheet itself: a cookie choice if you store one, and essential technical logs needed to serve pages.
We do not ask for identity-card numbers, health records, or card details. Do not put them in the message.
Why
To reply to a brief, to perform a contract for modeling or charting work, to send an estimate, to keep records required under Georgian bookkeeping and tax rules, and — if you accepted analytics cookies — to know which columns are read. The legal bases are contract, legal obligation, and, for the quiet page count, consent.
Retention
Unsuccessful briefs are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Engagement files, including series and packs, are kept for six years after the final invoice, which is long enough for ordinary Georgian tax and civil limitation periods. Cookie choice in the browser lasts until you clear storage or change it.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion where the law allows, restriction, and objection to a count of pages if it was based on consent. You may withdraw cookie consent without affecting the rest of the sheet. Send the request to info@modelmatrixpoint.digital. We answer within a month unless the law allows a longer period.
You may also complain to Georgia’s Personal Data Protection Service.
International transfers
The sheet is hosted on servers that may stand outside Georgia. Where a transfer occurs, we rely on a contract that keeps the data to the purpose of hosting this sheet. Engagement files are worked in Batumi. We do not sell lists.
Sharing
We share data with the bank that receives a transfer, with an accountant if a filing requires it, and with a court if the law demands it. Chart printers in Batumi see only what is on the pack you asked us to print.
