Refunds, deposits, and unfinished weeks

This notice applies to predictive business modeling, chart commissions, seasonal studies, and model reviews commissioned from Modelmatrixpoint Analytics, Batumi. It does not mention goods we do not ship, subscriptions we do not sell, or classes we do not run.

Eligibility

A refund is considered when you cancel in writing before the work named in the estimate has begun, when we cancel because we cannot staff the weeks, or when we stop after the scoping visit because the books will not bear a honest model. A change of mind after a pack has been read in the room is not a ground for a full refund.

Timeframe

Write to info@modelmatrixpoint.digital or telephone +995 422 555 658. We confirm receipt within two working days and decide a refund within fourteen days of that confirmation, unless the books are still in the room and have to be returned first.

Full and partial

Full refund of a deposit if you cancel at least five working days before the start date on the estimate, or if we decline after scoping and you had paid a deposit toward modeling (the 400 GEL on-site scoping fee is waived in that case and is refunded if it was taken).

Partial refund if you cancel inside five working days, or after week one of modeling has begun: we keep payment for hours already sat, drawings already set, and printing already ordered, and return the rest of the deposit. There is no formula prettier than that; the letter will list the hours.

No refund of fees for a completed pack, a completed review letter, or a seasonal study that has been delivered, except where Georgian law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Printing already ordered at a Batumi shop. A scoping visit that took place (400 GEL when billed). Time already spent cleaning a series you later withdrew.

Process and method

Refunds travel by bank transfer to the account that paid, in lari, within ten working days after we confirm the amount. We do not reverse a transfer onto a card we never took.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows

You may reschedule a scoping visit once, with two working days’ notice, without a fee. A no-show without notice forfeits the 400 GEL if it was booked as a paid on-site visit. Modeling weeks can be paused once if your books are late; a second pause is treated as a cancellation with a partial refund.

Work already started, materials, exceptions

If week two has begun, the deposit is no longer sitting unused: drivers have been named and draft charts may exist. Those materials remain ours until any remaining fee is settled; you may not take a half-drawn pack to a bank meeting. If we are materially late against the estimate without a cause in your books, you may cancel and receive a full refund of sums paid for undelivered work.

Deposits are one third unless the estimate says otherwise. Questions about a particular engagement belong in the same letter as the brief’s subject line, sent to the address above.
