Seasonal forecast studies
A bounded study of one season — summer on the boulevard, New Year in the hills, a harvest, a border-trade window — with a demand curve and a staffing or stock implication.
- Format
- Short study
- Span
- Two to four weeks
- Where the work sits
- Batumi desk; site walks in Adjara as needed
- How it is priced
- From 2,400 GEL; quoted against the length of the season and the number of sites
A seasonal study is narrower than full predictive modeling. It answers one question: what this coming season is likely to ask of rooms, staff, or stock, given the seasons you have already lived.
Hotels on the Batumi boulevard use it before they lock agency allotments. A warehouse behind the port uses it before the dried-fruit harvest hits the road. A two-site bakery uses it when Easter and the first beach weekend sit too close.
You receive a demand curve by week, a short list of what would break the curve (a wet July, a late border, a cancelled festival), and one operational implication you asked for in the brief — covers per night, bags of flour, extra night porters. We do not write a marketing plan.
The study uses your past seasons and any public calendar that actually moves your door: school holidays in Georgia, the known festival dates, the way Turkish holiday traffic behaves at Sarpi. We will not pad a curve with national headlines that never reached your till.
From 2,400 GEL for a single site and a single season. Write the season and the implication you need on the brief.
